Arthur I. Blutter, Esq. is the senior partner in Blutter&Blutter. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He earned Undergraduate Degree with a BBA from Baruch College in 1966. He earned a Master of Business Administration in 1970. He earned the license of Certified Public Accountant in 1970. He earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1979. He has been practicing in the areas of Bankruptcy, Taxation, Estates and Real Estate for his entire career. His skills enable him to help clients filing bankruptcy petitions, and foreclosure defenses. Many clients have homes they want to protect. Thus, Arthur I Blutter's background enable him to provide important help to those in the need of bankruptcy filings, foreclosure defenses for their homes, and protection against the Internal Revenue Service and various New York State taxing authorities. Mr. Blutter was a special professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law.
