Arthur I. Blutter, Esq., received a BBA from Baruch College in 1966, an MBA from Baruch College in 1970, and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1979.

Joanne Diamond Blutter, Esq., received a BA in 1965, an MS in Education in 1969, and a Professional Diploma in Administration in 1973, all from Queens College. She received a Juris Doctor from Touro College School of Law in 1985.

In addition to their education, the firm’s attorneys have served as professors of law and accounting and business at various educational institutions and are active in the community. Joanne D.
