Joanne Diamond Blutter

Joanne Diamond Blutter, Esq. attended Queens College and graduated with a BA in 1965. Additionally, she also received a MS in Education in 1969 and a Professional Diploma in Administration in 1973 from Queens College. She then attended Touro College School of Law and received a Juris Doctor in 1985.

 

Ms. Blutter is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the Federal Court of the Eastern District of New York. Joanne D. Blutter has been an Acting Principal for the New York City Board of Education and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Business Law for Queensborough Community College. Ms. Blutter is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and member of NACBA: National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
